These terms are applied by UAB „Itaja" in providing a short-term apartment rental booking service on the website ulo.lt.

1. General provisions

• By using the website and making a booking, you agree to these terms.
• The website is intended for adult individuals or representatives of legal entities.
• The Company may amend these terms, notifying users on the website.

3. Booking

• A booking is submitted via the form on the website, providing exact check-in/check-out dates and contact details.
• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, or when its status is marked as "confirmed" in the system.
• Payment can be made online via Paysera, or, if enabled for your account, in cash on arrival.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate and correct information when booking;
• Be responsible for the security of your account login credentials;
• Comply with the house rules at the accommodation.

5. Company liability

The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by third parties (internet service providers, payment systems).

6. Prohibited activity

• Submitting false or falsified data when booking;
• Attempting to disrupt the operation of the website;
• Using malicious code.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website is the property of UAB „Itaja". Copying or distribution without consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement — in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Company's registered address.
