This privacy policy explains how UAB „Itaja" (hereinafter – the Company, we) processes the personal data of guests and customers on the website ulo.lt, in the course of providing short-term apartment rental services.

2. Personal data we process

• Booking data (name, email, phone, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests);
• Customer account data, if an account is created;
• Payment data — processed by our payment service provider (Paysera); we do not store payment card details;
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, activity logs).

3. Purposes of processing

• Accepting, administering and fulfilling bookings;
• Providing and maintaining customer accounts;
• Fulfilling legal and accounting obligations;
• Fraud prevention and security.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (booking), legitimate interest, legal obligation, or your consent.

5. Recipients of data

• IT infrastructure and hosting providers;
• UAB „Paysera LT" — for payment processing;
• Airbnb, Booking.com and similar platforms — solely for calendar synchronization purposes (occupancy dates, without additional personal data);
• Government authorities, where required by law.

6. Retention periods

Accounting documents are retained for 10 years. Booking and account data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil legal obligations.

7. Your rights

• Obtain information about the data we process;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), where this does not conflict with legal obligations;
• Withdraw consent-based processing;
• Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI).

8. Cookies

The website uses only essential technical cookies (e.g. to maintain your login session). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
